Our team is committed to creating the best plan for you and your pet’s specific needs. Submit a new client request form and our team will reach out to you to discuss your pet and desired service(s).

After you’ve submitted your new client form, our team will set up a consultation to discuss your pet and upcoming booking(s). Our team will also add your to our Time to Pet portal to quickly schedule and communicate with us.

We’ll schedule a time for your pet care professional to meet you and your pet. Walk us through their needs, equipment, etc. Let us know anything that will make your pet happy and comfortable during their service.

After completing the consultation, you will be ready to schedule your service(s). Our team handles all scheduling and communications surrounding your booking in our Time to Pet portal.
Time to Pet Portal
Our staff uses the Time to Pet application for scheduling, communication during your booking, and billing. Upon submitting a new client request, we will send you a link to create your account and add any necessary information.
